To place an order, please browse our wide selection, add the desired product to your cart and continue shopping. When you are ready with your order, select the “Checkout” icon at the top right of the page, confirm the delivery details and complete the payment process.

Once your order is successfully placed, we’ll ship out the product within 1 working day. Once it’s shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order.
The delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia; 7-10 working days for East Malaysia.
Unfortunately the order and delivery details can not be amended and no cancellation can be done once the order is confirmed.

The minimum total order value of the customised gift box design and production service is at least RM5,000.00.
The price of the customised gift box varies. It’s based on each customer’s specific requirements on the design, material, size, gift content etc.
Each gift box is uniquely curated. Inclusive of idea curation and conceptualisation, product costs, designer’s fee for personalised message card and manpower costs.
It varies according to the complexity of the order. Let us know what your gift box idea and we’ll check the lead time for you.
