Regarding the order placing, payment & delivery:

1. How to place an order?

To place an order, please browse our wide selection, add the desired product to your cart and continue shopping. When you are ready with your order, select the “Checkout” icon at the top right of the page, confirm the delivery details and complete the payment process.

For further assistance or any technical questions, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.

2. Can I place the order via WhatsApp?

Yes. If you’re encountered the problem of ordering via our website, please WhatsApp our customer service.

3. Can I leave a personal message for my gift box order?

Yes, you can add your personalised message for your order on the product page.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is successfully placed, we’ll ship out the product within 1 working day. Once it’s shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order.

The delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia; 7-10 working days for East Malaysia.

5. How much is the delivery charge? Which courier company are you using?

The delivery charge varies depending on the size & weight of the gift box and the delivery address whether it is West Malaysia or East Malaysia. It’ll be calculated on the checkout page. Usually we’ll fulfil the order by using Line Clear Express.

6. I need my order urgently, is there any other way for me to receive it quickly?

Yes, please contact our customer service to arrange the Lalamove same day delivery service. The delivery charge will be based on the distance from our warehouse to your desired location.

7. Can I change the order or delivery details after placing the order? Or can the cancellation be done?

Unfortunately the order and delivery details can not be amended and no cancellation can be done once the order is confirmed.

Before placing an order, please ensure that your order and the delivery details provided are accurate.

8. Possible to do the self pick-up instead of choosing the delivery by courier service？

9. Can I request a single invoice for the order placed by my company?

Yes, please contact our customer service to assist you with this.

Regarding the customised gift:

1. What’s the minimum order of the customised gift?

The minimum total order value of the customised gift box design and production service is at least RM5,000.00.

2. How much is the customised gift?

The price of the customised gift box varies. It’s based on each customer’s specific requirements on the design, material, size, gift content etc.

Each gift box is uniquely curated. Inclusive of idea curation and conceptualisation, product costs, designer’s fee for personalised message card and manpower costs.

3. Can I have one set of customised gift as a sample first?

Sure, we can get one set of customised gift boxes ready according to customer’s requirements. Customised gift box which fully comply with the design requirements. Samples require a certain sample fee, the specific amount will be determined by the packaging process.

4. What’s the lead time of sampling and production of the customised gift?

It varies according to the complexity of the order. Let us know what your gift box idea and we’ll check the lead time for you.

If possible, be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment. We will always do our best to fulfil for you.

5. Can I print or engrave words on the customised gift?

Yes, we can print or engrave on the customised gift box to display your logo, words or design according to your requirements.
